The V-Series is a reliable, powerful and safe oven that is easy to use. The series has three basic sizes, with space for up to three racks in the oven chamber. The oven provides alsmost unlimited possibilities for professional baking and can be supplied with many different accessories and custom features.

Key features

IBS - Increased Baking Surface - is Sveba-Dahlens patented system for alternating rotation of the racks. The result is a faster, more even and economical baking.
Counterflow - the oversize heat exchanger works in accordance with the counter-flow principle. Results in more effective heat exchange, higher fuel efficiency and lower heating costs.
Cascad is a patented steam system with a very high capacity. Makes continuous baking without interruption possible.
The door is well insulated (20 mm thicker insulation) with an ergonomic handle. Energy efficiency!

Extra well insulated floor (option).
Using advanced air flow calculations (CFD), we have developed and optimized the airflow throughout the oven. The airflow technique, together with the rotation speed of the oven, results in an more horizontal and even air flow in the whole oven, which resuts in evenly, less dry, baked products, all over the rack.
