  • Frequency controlled fans which direct the airflow (option).
    Adjustable airflow of heat and steam when baking sensitive products such as meringues and macaroons. 
  • Max baking temperature 300°C.

Key features

IBS - Increased Baking Surface - is Sveba Dahlen's patented system for alternate rack rotation inside the oven. The IBS system provides faster, more even and more energy-efficient baking.
Counterflow - the oversize heat exchanger works in accordance with the counter-flow principle. Results in more effective heat exchange, higher fuel efficiency and lower heating costs.
Energy efficient and ergonomic! The door is well insulated (20 mm thicker insulation) with a robust and ergonomic handle that clearly shows when the door is open or closed.
The spring loaded door hinge keeps the door open while loading/unloading the oven.
Magnetic utility holder! Tool holder with pocket and powerful magnet, to store items such as gloves, knives and paperwork.
Well insulated floor - the floor (option) is very well insulated. Keeps the heat in the oven. Energy efficiency!
Smart control panel! User-friendly dust and moisture-resistant panel which allows a good overview of the entire baking process. With its intelligent energy-saving functions and the option to check the costs per bake, the panel provides complete control over finances. The option to easily save and retrieve recipes, and program the oven start time, all allow for increased efficiency.
Good looking canopy in modern streamlined lines. Can be equipped with a fan to extract heat and vapor.
